The Audi Club of Georgia is hosting a Teen Driving Clinic on February 18 in Lawrenceville. We pick up where most ‘drivers ed’ programs leave off, teaching students how to control their car in an emergency situation. The clinic will be from 8:30 to 4:30 at the Gwinnett County Fairgrounds. We are placing a very strong bias towards teaching in the car, rather than spending hours on end doing power point presentations, while the teens are zoned out or texting.  We need instructors with the passion (and the patience) to teach a teen.

On January 28th, the Audi Club is going Karting at Andretti Indoor Karting and Games! Please RSVP on the event page if you plan on attending. This way, we know how many people to expect at the races!

We are looking for a small group of members to volunteer to staff the Audi Club Chalet and Car Corral at Petit Le Mans. In return for working in shifts on Friday and Saturday, volunteers will receive a half-price Audi motorsport experience credential. Volunteers must be able to attend full days on Friday (Sept 30) and Saturday (Oct 1). Please contact us if you are interested. Once confirmed as a volunteer, you will be able to purchase your credential directly from the Audi Club of Georgia. You will not need to purchase online.

We are pleased to announce that our friends at Nalley Audi will be hosting our October Club meeting! The October meeting will be the fourth and final meeting of the year. We have plenty of exciting new events and opportunities to discuss. Everyone is welcome, regardless of membership status!

You’re invited to the Audi Club Summer Picnic: July 10th, 1:30 pm at Sweetwater Creek State Park. Bring the kids and the dogs for an afternoon of cooking out and having fun. Registration is $10 per adult (kids free). We’ve paid for the picnic shelter rental and will provide hot dogs, hamburgers and drinks. We’re asking that each family that registers also brings a side dish, such as: mac and cheese, potato salad, pasta, chips, cookies, ice, etc. Bring your friends, even if they aren’t Audi owners!
