What's involved?
If you know a business owner (or 'decision maker') who is looking for a unique opportunity to advertise their company, product or service to a captive audience, simply give them a sponsorship packet and have them contact us. We're not asking you to make cold-calls, in fact, were asking you not to make cold calls, but if you spend a few minutes talking to your friends, neighbors or family members, you could score big!
What kinds of companies are we looking for?
Any company that could benefit from advertising to the 'track junkie' demographic (keep in mind that many of these folks are successful business owners and executives), and can afford to make an investment in direct advertising in the next 2 months. These companies don't have to be in the automotive industry. For example, consider: energy drinks, shoe manufacturers, local (greater Atlanta or greater Birmingham) service companies, online dating sites (ok, maybe not).
What is a top tier event sponsor, anyway?
A top tier sponsor is any company willing to commit to a 'Title', 'Four Rings' or 'Three Rings' sponsorship level. These levels range from $2000 to $4500, and offer various levels of promotion and recognition for up to 12 months (see sponsorship packet for full details).

Then, after you've had a conversation with a potential sponsor, fill out the form at the bottom of this page.
What if I refer a 'Two Rings' level sponsor?
We'll give you a $100 refund on your registration!
And now for the fine print...
Directors of Cherokee Audi Club and their household members may not participate in this incentive program.
Referrals cannot be made by individuals (including household members) fulfilling any official capacity within the sponsoring organization – including, but not limited to, employees, owners, partners and board members.
Members can make multiple referrals and receive multiple incentives.
Referrals will not be considered complete until total funds are received from the sponsor.
Incentives will only be disbursed within 30 days of receiving total funding from the sponsor.
Only referrals conforming to the documented referral process will be considered for this program.
Please review the following steps for participating in the Sponsor Referral Program:
1) Download 2009 Sponsor Packet HERE.
2) Use your network to identify viable sponsorship leads and send a copy of the 2009 Sponsor Packet.
3) Initiate first contact with your potential sponsor, making sure to identify yourself as a club member helping to find sponsors for our club. Explore their interest in being a sponsor for our club activities.
4) For promising leads, inform your contact that you will be forwarding his/her information to the club leadership for follow up to questions and hopefully finalizing sponsorship.
5) Complete the Sponsor Referral Form (below) in its entirety. Incomplete forms will automatically be disqualified from the incentives program.
6) From there, a member of the club leadership will contact the potential sponsor, using the information you provide, and answer questions. To finalize sponsorship, the club will provide the sponsor with a sponsorship agreement presenting the terms of sponsorship. Once the agreement is signed and total funds are received, a referral incentive will be processed within 30 days for your hard work.
